Jessica teaches all movement and pelvic health classes, while Alison provides all doula services and breastfeeding courses. Both Alison and Jessica teach "Sensational Birth" and participate in ceremonies.

Unfortunately we do not take insurance at this time.

Our classes & retreats take place at our home studio in Southwest Durham unless otherwise specified.
